Just Got My Dv Mega up and ruining today after two weeks debugging setup error had one Port Address miss a line cause IRCDDB and DStar modem not communication with each other use the IP Address of internal host 127.0.0.1 for the  RaspberryPI 3 200011

Study for the Tests

I start out by studying  by reading the Gordon West Technician Book found the format Question and Answer hard read.Switch to the Arrl License Manual more like school textbook format 

and practice test with Ham Test Prep  also I would suggest practice in noisy room to get used to Test Day room condition...
